Health and Safety

Dogs must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations before their appointment.
Owners are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, or behavioural concerns prior to their dog's appointment.
Your dog's comfort, well-being, and safety are our highest priorities throughout every grooming visit.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a grooming appointment if we determine it is no longer safe for your dog or our team.

Grooming Services

Severely matted coats may require a shorter haircut to ensure your dog's comfort and safety. Whenever possible, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Additional charges may apply for excessive matting, extended brushing, de-shedding treatments, flea or tick removal, or appointments requiring additional grooming time.
Dogs found with fleas or ticks may be subject to a sanitation fee.

Appointments & Payments

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of pickup.

Photography

We may photograph your dog for use on our website, social media, or other marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
